Baggage Allowance for carry-on baggage

Passengers can carry up to two bags into the cabin which depends on the class of travel.

• Passengers traveling in Suites, Business and First Class can carry 2 pieces up to 7 kg each. The sum of (Length + Width + Height) of each piece must not exceed 115 cm
• Passengers traveling Premium Economy class and Economy Class can carry 1 piece up to 7 kg with a maximum dimension of 115 cm

Baggage Allowance for checked-baggage

Checked baggage allowance is based on the weight or piece concept and depends on the finals destination

Based on the Weight Concept Checked baggage for flights to and from all destinations except Canada and the USA

• For Suits and First Class, the maximum allowed checked baggage is 50 Kg
• For Business Class the maximum allowed checked baggage is 40 kg
• For Premium Economy Class the maximum allowed checked baggage is 35 kg
• For Economy Flexi and Standard Class, the maximum allowed baggage is 30 kg
• For Economy Value and Lite Class, the maximum allowed baggage is 25 kg

Based on the Piece concept for flights to and from Canada and the US only

• For Suits and First Class, the maximum allowed checked baggage is 2 pieces up to 32 kg each
• For Business Class the maximum allowed checked baggage is 2 pieces up to 32 kg each
• For Premium Economy Class the maximum allowed checked baggage is 2 pieces up to 23 kg each
• For Economy Class, the maximum checked baggage is 2 pieces up to 23 kg each

Date Change Policy

• You can easily reschedule your dates with Singapore Airlines by paying change or cancellation charges which depend on the airline you booked and the fare class of the ticket. Any booking change must be done before your original travel date or within a year of your ticket issue date whichever is earlier.
• A passenger can make any modification for free within 24 hours of booking and can do it both online and offline

Cancellation Policy

• Sometimes you need to change your travel plans and thus cancel your booked flights. Singapore Airlines allows passengers to cancel their tickets within 24 hours of booking without any penalty as long as that reservation is made one week or more before a flight’s scheduled departure
• If the ticket is non-refundable then only the refundable taxes will be refunded
• Cancellation charges depend on the class of ticket, not the cabin class you are traveling
