Qantas Airways Baggage Allowance for carry-on baggage

The carry-on baggage allowance depends on the class of service booked whether the passengers are travelling on domestic flights or international
For international flights

• For Business, First, and Premium Economy the passengers are permitted to carry one 115 cm bag with dimensions 56 X 36 X 23 cm and weigh not more than 10 kg
• The passengers can carry 2 X 105 cm bag with dimensions 48 X 34 X 23 cm and weigh not more than 14 Kg
• Alternatively, the passengers can carry 1 X 105 cm bag with dimensions 48 X 34 X 23 cm and 1 X 185 cm non-rigid garment bag with dimensions 60 X 11 X 114 cm, and the two pieces together should not weigh more than 14 kg
• For Economy Class the passengers can carry one 115 cm bag with dimensions 56 X 36 X 23 cm and weigh not more than 7kg or they can carrya 185 cm non-rigid garment bag with dimensions 60 X 11 X 114 cm and weigh not more than 7 kg

Qantas Airways Baggage Allowance for checked-baggage

The checked-in baggage allowance is different for domestic, Americas, or non-Americas destinations.

• For Economy and Business Class, the checked-baggage allowance permit by the Qantas is 1 piece of 23 Kg and 2 pieces of 32 Kg each respectively
• For Frequent flyers, the Economy Class, Qantas Club and Silver Qantas members are allowed to carry one bag of 32 Kg
• For Frequent flyers, the Gold, Platinum, or Platinum One member are allowed 2 pieces of 32 kg each
• In Business Class, Qantas Club, Silver and Gold members can carry 2 pieces of 32 kg each whereas Platinum and Platinum One member are allowed 3 pieces of 32 kg each

Qantas Airways Date Change

Before making any changes to flight bookings, there are some things you need to consider: -

• Check the Fare Type. If the fare conditions permits, then only they can do the changes and pay the fee and fare differences if any.
• Any flight changes apply to every passenger in booking and if you still want to change the flight for a person then you will first need to separate them from the booking. Other passengers will be placed in a new booking with a different booking reference and then only you can make the necessary changes
• If you have booked your flights through a travel agent or other third-party then you need to contact your booking provider for assistance

Qantas Airways Cancellation Policy

Things don’t always go to plan and need changes. If you want to cancel your flight, then according to Qantas flight cancellation policy: -

• All the passengers can cancelwithout any fee if the cancellation is done within 24 hours from the time of booking any changes made after this then passengers need to pay a certain fee as per the cancellation policy of Qantas Airlines
• Flight cancellation applies to all the passengers in booking and to cancel for the individual passenger first you will need to separate it from the booking and then the other passengers will be placed in a new booking with a different booking reference and the necessary changes can be made
