Gulf Air Baggage Allowance for carry-on baggage

The Check-in baggage allowance on Gulf Air depends on ticket fare, destination and Falcon flyer program

• If you are travelling in Falcon Gold Business Class, then you may carry one bag with a dimension 22 X 16 X 12 inches and the weight should not exceed 9 kg
• For the Economy Class, the maximum dimension is 17 X 15 X 12 inches and the weight should not exceed 6 kg
• For Infants, the maximum dimension is 18 X 14 X 8 inches with a maximum weight of 3 kg

Gulf Air Baggage Allowance for checked-baggage

The Check-in baggage allowance on Gulf Air depends on ticket fare, destination and Falcon flyer program

• Falcon gold passengers may carry two bags of up to 32 kg
• Passengers of friendly and random fares redemption tickets may carry two pieces up to 23 kg each
• If you are travelling on deals in Economy class, then you can carry one bag of up to 23 kg
• Infants, aged under 2 years, get a special allowance of one piece of 15 kg for checked baggage and are also entitled to one cabin baggage with maximum dimensions of 44 X 35 X 20 cm with a total weight of 3 kg
• Students travelling in Falcon Gold will be eligible for an additional free check-in baggage of weight 23 kg whereas in Economy class from Bahrain or stopping in Bahrain are eligible for an additional free checked baggage of weight of 23 kg

Gulf Air Date Change Policy

• If the passengers want to change the travel date, then they have to pay Gulf Air date change charges

Gulf Air Cancellation Policy

Sometimes you need to cancel your travel plans and thus need to cancel your flight tickets. The cancelation policy of Gulf Air includes: -

• If you have purchased a non-refundable ticket with Gulf Air and need to cancel your flight, then you may not be able to obtain a refund for the ticket price but you can request a refund of applicable fees and taxes
• If you have booked a Basic Economy ticket, then it is non-refundable and offers lower prices in exchange for fewer befits and more restrictions but you can request a refund of any applicable taxes and fees
• Gulf Air’s 24-hour cancellation policy depends on the country of origin and airline. Passengers may cancel a flight within 24 hours of purchase. Gulf Air Airlines will provide a full refund of the cost of the ticket
• If the booking was made one week or more before the departure date, then the airline reserves the right to charge cancellation up to 24 hours at any time
