Air India Baggage Allowance for carry-on baggage

• The cabin baggage allowance applicable to both Domestic and International travel is 22X14X10 inches in height, length and width
• For Economy Class, only one piece of hand baggage having a maximum weight of 8 Kg is permitted
• For First and Economy Class, one piece of hand baggage having a maximum weight of 12 Kg is permitted

Air India Baggage allowance for checked-baggage

• The checked baggage allowance is applicable only on Air India-operated flights. It does not apply to Air India Express or any other Codeshare flights
• For First and Business Class, the maximum weight permissible for a single piece of baggage is 32 Kg and a sum of three dimensions (L+B+H) must not exceed 62 inches
• For Economy Class, the weight of each bag must not exceed 23 Kg and a sum of three dimensions (L+B+H) must not exceed 107 inches

Air India Cancellation Policy

If you don’t wish to travel or want to change your travel plans, then you can cancel your bookings at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the flight to be eligible for a refund. If the bookings have not been made online, then you need to contact any Air India office to make changes or cancellations. Refund will be made to your subject to applicable cancellation charges.
